Most of the people I work with have already "done the work."
They’ve read the books, attended the retreats, and invested years in personal development, mindfulness, or spiritual practice. They are deeply self-aware, highly capable, and successful by most external measures.
And yet, they still feel a gap between the life they are living and the one they know is possible.
I know that gap intimately.
For over three decades, I have been obsessed with a single question: Who are we actually meant to be in this lifetime?
I’ve invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and thousands of hours into spiritual practice, yoga, meditation, and coaching to find the answer. I’ve tested the paths, explored the traditions, and navigated the rude awakenings that come when "insight" doesn't translate into "change."
What I discovered is that most of us are running an outdated internal operating system—survival software installed in childhood that was never designed for the purpose and clarity we seek as adults.
After twenty years of spiritual exploration, I discovered Positive Intelligence and the science of Mental Fitness. It was the missing piece that finally made everything else "stick." It provided the practical tools to not just understand the mind, but to retrain it.
Today, my work is an integration of these three pillars:
Mental Fitness: Retraining the brain to weaken the "Saboteurs" and strengthen the "Sage."
Embodied Wisdom: Using yoga, breathwork, and Ayurveda to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the body’s intelligence.
Intuitive Guidance: Accessing the deeper wisdom that logic alone cannot reach.
While my primary mission and the majority of my current work is focused on serving gay men over 50 through my podcast and programs at The Wisdom Trust, my dharma—my duty to teach, coach, and heal—remains universal.
I continue to work with a select number of individuals from all backgrounds who resonate with this "Operating System Upgrade" approach. I am not for everyone. I am for the person who is tired of "thinking" about change and is ready to actually train for it.
If you are ready to move beyond stress-driven living and into a life guided by clarity, resilience, and profound purpose, I invite you to join me.
The journey isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about upgrading your mind so you can finally become the architect of your own life.
